Geargina Tan is COO and co-founder of WTFox.ai, a Singapore AI company, where agents run operations and she owns the governance that keeps them accountable. Yes for corporate and commercial events. Community and non-profit rooms are discussed case by case. Tell me the audience, the date and the format on the contact form, and I'll come back with a number that fits the room. Travel outside Singapore is quoted separately, and I'm happy to say so up front if the budget isn't there.
Three shapes, mostly. A talk of 20 to 45 min, a panel seat, or a hands-on workshop that runs from 2 hrs to a full day. I teach on Claude and ChatGPT, whichever your team already pays for. For anything hands-on, everyone brings a laptop, because people only remember the thing they did themselves.
Yes, and often. Recent online sessions have had people joining from Indonesia and the Philippines alongside the Singapore crowd, so a regional audience is normal rather than a special case. Online works well for a talk or a 2 hr session. For a full-day workshop I'd rather be in the room with you, because that's when the questions get good.
A short brief on who's in the room and what they do, so I can pitch it at the right level. A screen and audio I can plug into. Wifi that holds up if the session is hands-on, since everyone will be logged into an AI tool at once. And the run of show about a week out.
A few weeks for a talk, longer for a workshop built around your team's own documents. Q4 2026 dates are being booked now. If your date is tighter than that, ask anyway, because a panel or a short talk can usually be made to work. A workshop is the one thing I won't rush, since the prep is what makes it useful.
